Shipping / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders are processed within 48 hours after purchase Monday through Thursday.
In stock items are 4 to 6 business days for standard shipping, shipping is 14 to 21 business days for items indicated in the description (Please review item description)
Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment.
Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping. Items that do not fit are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, color etc before purchasing the items.
Please Note:
• Return Order Condition: Defective items could be returned for a refund or exchange. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in it's original packaging. Returned items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
• Refund Policy - not the item you wanted, we can gladly do a refund for you. There is a $10 per item restocking fee and the shipping cost is not refunded just the cost of the item less the restocking fee.
• Exchanges: Doesn't fit, not exactly what you were looking for, well no problem, we would gladly exchange the item for you within 5 days of receipt.
If the exact item and size is not available for the exchange we will give you a store credit to use on another item within our inventory. THE ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SIGNATURE.
All shipping cost for returns and reshipping of new items will be at the buyers expense.
• Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, or similar intimate items.
• Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost. For defective items, we will bear up to US$5 for each return shipping fee.
• Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS, UPS, Fedex or DHL that offer a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
• Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
• Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
